The workers in this shop consistently do not wear masks despite there being a city wide requirements to do so in food service. I... gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this is the 3rd time I?ve walked in to get food only to be ignored by the masklessworkers (they were just standing listening to music and having their own conversation). Shocked by the poor service here. The person making sandwiches continued talking on his cellphone and then spent time queing up... anime music on his phone to play over loudspeakers before serving me. I love their food! However, I have to be honest & tell you that I have noticed a HUGE difference between the Subway located at... 5th & Oregon to the one located on Front & Snyder Ave. The service at 5th street was insane, I had to repeat my order so manytimes!!! Thank God a gentleman walked in behind me & was waiting in line because my son wanted the rotisserie chicken sandwich &I couldn't tell the difference which was what, so she picked one up & I said is that rotisserie, she said yea & the man behindme said no it's not & if it wasn't for him taking control of the order, he was taller so he could point over the plastic barrierto the exact things that I wanted. I literally said to him, well thank God you walked in, I feel like I should give you a tip.The language barrier was too much. It's not her fault, but it definitely became my problem.
