One of the worst subways I have ever been to. Got my order wrong twice and then just ended up not caring

It is 11:08 am on Tuesday. I?ve been at this subway since 10:50 am since the sign on the door says 9, and google hours say 10. I... actually called the owner?s number (at 11 on the dot) published on the door since I drove 15 minutes for this. He asked that Igive it 5 minutes. At 11:03 the employee walked up. I gave him 5 minutes and walked in. He looked at me as if I was doingsomething wrong by walking into the unlocked door at 11:08 and said he wasn?t ready. I asked how long and he said 15minutes...with an attitude. They clearly don?t want business, and certainly will never get mine in the future. PS the glowingreviews below are employees. placed an online order. not only did the order not go through even though they billed me, restaurant didn?t even open for an... hour after app said order was completed. employee refused to refund my online order, so paid double, and refused to issue mepromo code originally used. Read more

Came today around like 12pm the guy didn't act like he seem me or ask how can I help you. He decides to make sandwiches instead... of taking my order. I just left out never coming there again. Plus he didn't have no mask and eating his lunch without washinghis hands. Don't go there unpleasant experience. Read more

Small restaurant compared to other subways I've been to, however it's one of the best. Super friendly staff gave me no problems... with my large order. I was a little disappointed they didn't have the cheddar broccoli soup I love, but I'd definitely go back. Read more

After ordering, I tried to scan the QR code from the app to get the points. After about two seconds of it not reading, the... employee behind the counter grabbed my phone out of my hand without asking like I was a child and tried to scan it herself. Itstill didn?t work, and I got no points- but I?m more shocked she would snatch my phone without permission. Read more

Ordered from this restaurant through Grubhub. When I received my sandwich it was completely wrong and was missing items I had... ordered. I contacted the restaurant and had the WORST experience ever. The woman on the phone was not apologetic at all and cameoff as ?who cares? and would not give me any form of a refund and hung up on me when I tried to talk back to her. Will never beordering from here again. Read more

There is nothing special about this Subway. Once you've been to one you've been to them all. It's clean. The staff is friendly.... They seem to be able to turn around an order fairly quickly and never have much of a crowd inside. Their only negative may bethat they are hidden in a cluster of other establishments so well that I usually forget they're even there. Read more
