My Daughter haven't been in a Subway for awhile so we went to this one. The sandwiches taste amazing n that's why I'm giving the... 3 stars, but she ask for the sandwich meal n when she ask for the cookies he goes that we can't get them because we shouldn'torder the foot long n the large soda. So you telling me that now you pay more for this sandwiches n get less. Almost 40.00 fortwo foot longs n two large sodas. No chips or cookies. I was doing my laundry in the same complex. I haven't had subway in awhile so I walked over. When I got there no one was around... then a guy came in from outside, I tell him what bread I want, then what meat and cheese, I tell him I want it toasted withbacon.he says that will be extra charge. I say, no problem. When it's done I tell him mayo, lettuce,done thanks. He rings me upand says $14 lol . Very expensive sandwich . Meanwhile he dropped the bread knife on the floor picked it up and put it back .When he was putting my meat on he dropped a few pieces in some k I ND of sauce that was near the meat . I went to this Subway Wednesday April 27th at 4:18 PM. I ordered a cheesesteak on Artisan bread. As im not looking because the... woman is waiting on another customer the same time as me, I didn't see that she had toasted my sandwich. Usually they'resupposed to ask you if you want the sandwich toasted or not. (This sandwich is for my grandmother and she can not eat toastedbread). So I told the woman working there I did not want the sandwich toasted and she says "you have to get the sandwich toastedbecause the meat is not fully cooked. I immediately k ew this was a lie because I worked at Astra Foods. It's a company thatcooks the Steaks for 2/3s of the Subways in the United States. I mentioned this to her that I know for 100% fact that the meatis fully cooked in the factory before being sent off to Subways. She continued to try to tell me otherwise. Do I left ou5 of thestore and didn't purchase anything. I was mostly angry at the fact that she thought she knew what she was talking about and thatshe could lie to me not knowing I work at the company that makes their Steaks. Poor customer service. I admit I've never ordered personally from Subway and the only experience I had was being at a party that had ordered sandwiches... for everyone. This past weekend I decided to try this Subway and I will never order from Subway again. First when I walked in2 people that worked there just stood there staring at me, no hi, no can I take your order, nothing but blank stares. I wasinterested in getting (2) The Boss foot longs to go and thought that I was going to be able to use a coupon. When I was toldthat it was $16 for just 1 foot long and I wasn't able to use the coupon I had to laugh and left.
