As of today; 5-15-21 Stand by what was said. This location still can?t make drinks properly- customer communication is still... poor, and the cake pop still taste funny. I keep coming back only due to the different workers. Love Starbucks and was so happy to get one in this area so close to me so I don't have to travel as far to get it! They need at... least one good manager in there. They open hours late frequently and there is. Ever any cold brew even as soon as they openbecause they don't make it the day before. Horrible staff! So sad. Read more
Horrible experience. Waited for 40 minutes for my husband' drink. It was completely the wrong order. They remade the... frappachino, as slowly as possible, didn't apologize, and then handed it to him. It was still wrong. Didn't have any trap mix.The woman making the drinks clearly didn't want to be there. He threw it away and walked out because we didn't want to waste anymore time talking to anyone about it. Awful.
