Something about this Starbucks is off with how they make their drinks. I?ve ordered from there several times and the drinks... taste a lot worse than at the other Starbucks nearby. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that it?s part of Giant, sothe ingredients are different somehow. I would rather walk the extra 10 min to the next closest SB than order here, unlessabsolutely necessary. Management: please figure out what?s wrong with your recipes. They are all bitter and the syrups useddon?t taste the same. I don?t think it?s the baristas fault. Read more
They only have one barista doing all the work including taking everyone?s order. Also, not sure if it?s the barista?s fault but... it seems like the manager instructs them to fill iced beverages with ice all the way up. Practically half the drink is just coldwater. This Starbucks also charges extra for oat/almond milk whereas all the normal Starbucks stopped doing that. I?m going tothe 20th and Market Starbucks from now on. Read more
The best baristas you can ask for. They brighten up every morning! I wish Giant didn?t take away their tips. If possible, can... you please allow them to use a tip jar! They are very deserving of it. Read more
