I order the same basic drink at every Starbucks and at this location, it?s very inconsistent. Sometimes it?s too strong,... sometimes it?s watery. I don?t drink sugar and always have ?stevia? listed on mobile order as the sweetener for my drink. Onetime I picked up my drink and it was sickeningly sweet like syrup. Stevia and simple syrup don?t taste the same. I was afraid tosay anything, so I threw the drink away and wasted almost $5. Today, the same thing happened, and I didn?t want to throw $5 awayagain, so I waited about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (I had to get in line, since no one at the counter wouldacknowledge me) and I told the staff member ?I want to confirm this was made with stevia, because it?s extremely sweet?. Shejust said ?well, we?ll make a new one if that?s what you want?. Ok. She then proceeded to make the remake so, incredibly, slow.Slower than I?ve seen someone move in a while. When I finally got my new drink, it tasted as it should. The first drink was madeincorrectly, and that?s not my fault, so wasting my time was uncalled for. Also, this location has inconsistent hours and willsometimes randomly be closed during hours they are supposed to open. The staff seems to often be different. I just walked into this Starbucks and realized that I had ordered from the wrong store. Jason, one of the staff members, happily... offered to make my order for me. It is experiences like these that make people loyal to a specific Starbucks. Thanks again,Jason! Read more
Just ordered two drinks - one a venti latte extra wet. I got the size of a grande in my cup with just foam. Maybe the baristas... need a refresher. Read more

Cute Starbucks store with all the essentials on the drink and food menu. You will never have to overthink your order because... they have a limited menu with all the popular drinks listed. I love how to sink is on the outer area of the restrooms. Thisshop is really minimalism and modern. I recommend the vanilla bean creme Frappuccino! So delicious! Read more
Very nice location. All of the baristas were very nice, despite numerous impatient customers. There is plenty of seating... available to do work or just have a conversation over a nice cup of coffee. Read more
Whoever's in charge of the developing and changing a location which is Starbucks to Starbucks is no longer at that location no... more it's directly across the street across from the Wesley building. My typical experience is watching 6 employees working at every station except the cash register, and 5 minutes later being told... they're out of dark roast coffee at 12 pm. Extra star because of the ridiculous 8-ingredient hot tea orders that 25% ofcustomers make which exacerbate the other issues. Read more
