I order the same basic drink at every Starbucks and at this location, it?s very inconsistent. Sometimes it?s too strong,... sometimes it?s watery. I don?t drink sugar and always have ?stevia? listed on mobile order as the sweetener for my drink. Onetime I picked up my drink and it was sickeningly sweet like syrup. Stevia and simple syrup don?t taste the same. I was afraid tosay anything, so I threw the drink away and wasted almost $5. Today, the same thing happened, and I didn?t want to throw $5 awayagain, so I waited about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (I had to get in line, since no one at the counter wouldacknowledge me) and I told the staff member ?I want to confirm this was made with stevia, because it?s extremely sweet?. Shejust said ?well, we?ll make a new one if that?s what you want?. Ok. She then proceeded to make the remake so, incredibly, slow.Slower than I?ve seen someone move in a while. When I finally got my new drink, it tasted as it should. The first drink was madeincorrectly, and that?s not my fault, so wasting my time was uncalled for. Also, this location has inconsistent hours and willsometimes randomly be closed during hours they are supposed to open. The staff seems to often be different.
