Whoever owns this keeps changing the hours back to being open at 6am after I get it changed to 8am. They are never open at 6am.
Came here today at 6:15am. They open at 6am. Cashier didn?t talk to me and pointed towards the sign that said cash registered... closed. I asked, youre not open? She said no. I asked when will they open, she said 630. I then asked, dont you guys open at6am? She says yes. Getting information out of her was like pulling teeth. I was here the other day and it opens at 6am. The ladywho opened on 9/8/21 was amazing. Whoever was working morning shift on 9/12/21 barely even wanted to talk and was terrible. Read more
Worst Starbucks I have ever gotten service from. The employees are not trained and they don't care about your order. The health... standards are not up to the code. I don't know what qualifications you need to have Starbucks barista license but doesn't seemlike these people in there have one. Read more
I've been to this Starbucks on 3 different occasions and 2 of them was horrible with the same female. She was rude, not customer... friendly at all. When I went the first time I thought it was just me and the 2nd time my son was with me and witness how rudeshe was to me. I will not be going there if she is there again. Read more
Opens at 6am, I showed up at 645. The lady behind the counter was rude!!!!! She had the closed sign up I had to ask her 3 times... what time she opened before she acknowledged me. Then didn?t say good morning or answer my question, asked me ? what you want?I?m like chai tea latte, she?s like nah I?m not opened you have to wait for that. Skip this one!! Read more
The Starbucks is located inside the ACME, there ARE seats but it's shared with a nice beer brew across the tables. This is... something that probably shouldn't be considered to the review since it does not really matter. One of the employees that worksthe morning shift is really friendly and makes a great Mocha! The breakfast sandwiches are very well made by her and it's a nicecalm enviornment (inside the ACME). Read more
Horrible customer service. I get ignored for at least a few mins before my order is bregrudingly taken. Saying thank you or hi... how are you to the servers is useless - I avoid getting coffee here simply due to the bad experience every time. Read more
