I go because its convenient but their coffee is usually mediocre than great and their customer service is not that great either.... Some are rude, some are attentive and accommodating. It really depends. Mind you, I come everyday. Literally everyday. Read more

Though I live a few blocks away, I'd never come here, because it's been too cold to want to walk, and I hate how busy small... locations in the city are. I ordered ahead of time on the app, and when I got there, it was packed. I legit didn't even see howI'd get in the door. But then someone left, so I slipped in, and sort of awkwardly sneaked around the groups of people and,thankfully, my drink was waiting at the mobile pickup! It was made PERFECTLY, and not all Starbucks do this right. I've been toones far less busy who somehow completely mess it up. Anyway, this place was good, and I'll definitely be returning. Read more
