Don?t usually write reviews but I encountered the most miserable employee I?ve ever met at a Starbucks last week. His name tag... said Brick, and I hope he was wearing the right name tag because he was downright rude to myself and multiple other customers.It was very uncomfortable and I will be steering clear of this Starbucks for a while. They said the item on the menu was not sold in the stores. Also tried to charge me for ice. Another associate told the barista... ice was free. Water was almost put in my ice. They do more talking to each other than listening to customers. 2nd store in thisarea with bad customer service. Read more
I usually order from the app for pick-up. I have never had an issue with my orders. The few times I did order in the store, the... staff has always been nice. They just leave the mobile orders on the counter for pick-up. I kinda wish they had a more securesystem for this, but I've never had issues with my drink being picked up by another person nor have I ever picked up the wrongdrink, but this could easily happen. I love the environment and the branch location. I''ve met every single barista, and for almost a year by far, the baristas are... very friendly, polite, and they do what they can to satisfy their customers. There is only two things I dislike about thisplace: 1- It gets busy in the weekdays. Especially in between 2pm - 5pm. 2- It doesn't have a private security for our safetyagainst unwanted events.
