The service was really nice! But I'm here to talk about my order. Since it's fall season I wanted to try something from the fall... menu. So I got the pumpkin spice Frappuccino and it was pretty good but I don't think I'll get it every time. But over all itwas pretty good. But another thing from the fall menu was the owl CakePop. I thought the hole vibe and idea was really cool butit tasted raw. I think it wasn't under baked then maybe it would've been better but for me I think I have to try it again oneday. When ordering a young gentleman argued with me about my order, stating ? we don?t make everything off TikTok.?, and made it feel... as if you don?t get the standard drink you?re below others. Like changing the top to my drink from whip cream to cold foam wouldhave hurt him personally. I even stated I would pay extra if need be and he kept telling me no. Basically forcing me to get whipcream. Then they make fun of customers orders because he didn?t notice he left the window slightly open and I heard him makingfun of my order to another employee. Then when he opened the window my husband upset for me made fun back asking ?come on manyou can?t make my TikTok drink.? After hearing him make fun of my ?TikTok drink.? Once again to the employee. I personally am not a Starbucks fan. Absolutely nothing on the menu interests me nor have I yet to try something I liked. I will... say my 10yr old daughter and her friends though, they LOVE the Refreshers & Cake Pops. Read more
This Starbucks has everything you?d expect it to have. However, it?s smaller than other Starbucks. The service is okay and... moves along pretty quickly. The inside is clean and maintained. However, the bathrooms are disgusting. There is urine and fecalmatter on the toilets. One bathroom had no toilet paper. This is a huge problem. They do not always have everything in stock.The parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver. The drive through can be a pain also. Traffic is entering through two majorroads. Not the best location. And, the outside needs to be cleaned up. Also, the needle collection boxes make me want to driveto another location. Read more
Today placed an order with Starbucks for my companies employees and when received just tasted rotten coffee lattes, the entire... order consisted of absolutely rotten milk and all rotten ingredients. Absolute hazard, the staff at this location does notfollow the Department Of Health regulations, with regards to the products expiration dates and cleanliness. Someone can getpoisoned and become sick and this staff has absolute no regard for public safety in violation of Department of Health statutes.How is this even possible? I ordered a chocolate chip cookie, there was about 5 people already seated with their drinks and or food. Only one person came... in after me and about 6 cars in the drive through. After me and my friend finished using the restroom, I waited 5 more minutesfor my cookies that I ordered unwarned. I finally asked if they served it. They pointed to the section where orders are supposedto be picked up. There was 4 employees behind the counter, one was making drinks very swiftly, the other 3 looked as if therewasn't anything to do. So I asked one of them if they could please serve my cookie, (which ended up not being any good) theyfinally gave it to me with a little attitude. Total wait time for an unwarmed chocolate chip cookie at a place that wasn't busywith 4 employees was just at 15 minutes. Read more
