I've never seen a location that never took my name and always messed up my drink. There is one person who runs the one in the... ACME and they are solid. This may be the worse Starbucks I?ve ever been to. The drink I order is never right. If I get iced coffee they NEVER put ice in... the drink which makes the drink taste like warm. When you do mobile order the drinks are never ready when you show up. Today ishowed up 5 minutes after my drink was suppose to be and I continued to wait an additional 15 minutes for the drink still not tobe made. Read more
There?s always nice staff and service when I do go, but despite being in my neighborhood, a few things keep me from going very... often: they turn mobile orders off more than any Starbucks I?ve frequented (I??m not going to order in-store and wait 45 mins),and their hours are unpredictable, change frequently, and they always close earlier than other stores in town. Nothing againstthe baristas, they?re always friendly and polite and obviously working hard. It?s just weird that this one seems to be run sodifferently. Read more
Uh oh! My favorite Starbucks used to he on 16th and walnut but I come to this Starbucks on 2nd street more because it's closer!... And the service here is phenomenal! They are always accommodating when drinks are taking a while! The employees are extremelysweet and friendly! All good vibes! If your drink is taking a while be polite and patient, they might just give you a courtesycard for waiting! Read more

The best Starbucks in Philly for espresso/cappuccino drinks by far. Background music is a nice touch!
