I've been there twice now. I enjoyed the products, but the service left something to be desired. People are not greeted when... they come in and the servers are unpleasant. It shouldn't be just about serving a product I should also be about having anexperience and that includes great customer service. Read more
It was our first time there . All drinks are seemingly made with fresh ingredients. If you're looking for a sugar kick to the... teeth drink...this is not the place . Id absolutely serve this to my toddler. Just read the ingredients on the menu however,because most drink have an added protein or supplement in them. The other day I came in and mop and bucket was just sitting out at pickup. Not sure if someone might've spilled a smoothie or... something but it was a stank smell of dirty water and water around. As a regular customer I'm starting to be disappointed with service. I'll create separate reviews for my complaint. The smoothies are great but the two girls working the day I came in had bad customer service. My order came out wrong and there... was no effort to fix the problem. I called customer service and came back in to get a new smoothie and they were treating otherpeople poorly so I just left. I?d rather travel farther just to be treated right and have my order made right. Read more
