The ice cream seemed nice but I got a cheesecake. Being from Utah, I thought any cheesecake had to be as iconic as their... cheesesteaks. I was sadly disappointed with this food-colored, nut-crusted, hockey puck of a cheesecake that had been on displayfor who knows how long. It had a skin on the outside of it from sitting for so long and when I got to the center, I found ithadn't even been blended completely with the food coloring. They do have good stuff here and I do recommend this place BUT Isuggest you don't get their cheesecakes. Read more

Unfortunately, I have to give this place 2 stars. While the employee who took my order was VERY nice and pleasant, I ended up... not receiving the correct order. I?m a pretty simple person when it comes to ice cream so all I wanted was Chocolate and Vanillaice cream in a plain waffle cone. That?s it! Pretty simple, right? NOPE! Not sure how or why, but I received ALL chocolate icecream in a plain waffle cone; no vanilla at all. I?m disappointed because I almost went elsewhere for ice cream in Center Cityuntil a friend I was out with recommended Scoop Deville. Read more

Such a cool little ice cream place. Local to Philly, awesome staff and really good! I've never been to a place where they blend... the ingredients rather than just mix them together. Makes it unique and taste it really delicious. Read more

The vegan cookies tasted freezer burned. I took one taste and through them away. The vegan ice cream was not good at all. It... tasted more like a flavorless chocolate icy then ice cream. The girl working the counter was nice and attentive. But it was awaist of $16.00. It all went to the garage in 2 minutes. Read more

Vegan ice cream so poorly executed that I am throwing it out. If this is what you are selling as vegan ice cream, maybe you... should just not offer that. Scoop DeVille? More like Skip DeVille. This place, their vegan offerings are not ready for primetimeand therefore way overpriced. I tried the cookie monster and the gingerbread. These things were icy and watery. Flavor ok,texture baaaad. I'm lactose intolerant so I have tried many non-dairy ice creams. This stuff might have been ok 20 years ago,but the game has changed. Let me save you the 8.50 per pint. Not remotely worth it. These two pints are sitting in my freezerwith like two spoonfuls taken out of each. I'm just going to throw them out. Edit to owner: am I talking about the right place?I mean, did you not see the pictures? Pretty sure it's Skip DeVille and also gingerbread. Read more

Upon entering lots of information comes at you from shakes to soft serve and regular cups to proposed combos and what have you.... It was a bit overkill and made it quite hard to figure out what kind of ice cream we could actually get here. I just wanted 2scoops with some toppings, but was informed that if I wanted different flavors I needed to at least get the medium cup, whichthen got 4 scoops (2 of each) which beats reason. My choices were the peanut butter dough boi (okay) and the key lime cheesecakewhich felt plastic-y and artificial. Read more

It?s my first time coming here and I got a regular Oreo smoothie medium sized. It was very milky, runniy and it was pretty much... like milk. To top it off they didn?t have enough medium lids so I had to walk around with a milkshake that pretty much could?vebeen spilled easily and without a lid on the top. That?s not worth over $7 bucks. Will be my first and last time coming here. Read more
