Had a delicious and unique dinner here. I had the Crispy Pata (fried pork knuckle, coconut-creamed leeks) and it was so good!
I was excited about the owner of a Perla opening up Sarvida near my house as I loved Perla. Unfortunately, Sarvida fell short of... being great and ends up in the average realm. It was good but not exceptional and you didn’t leave feeling like you had greatvalue from the experience. We came with a group of 6 and ordered all the items on the menu plus two of the pork belly and beeftendon. I’m trying to think back to see which dish that was really good and stood out, but to be frank none were memorable.The food, service and decor were all average. Maybe the chicken was really good but even that was...just ordinary. It does seemlike they will have a seasonal menu so I’ll look forward to see if it gets any better.
