It?s a very casual dining setup but comfortable. Had the garlic naan although I ordered the rosemary, veggie samosas and chicken... biryani. The samosas were a bit thick? had little taste. The naan and chicken biryani were divine( I?ll come back for thoseitems). The gentleman server was kind and efficient. Parking might be a challenge depending on time of day. Not pricey. Read more

Saffron Patch is my go to spot for Indian. The food is simply delicious. I've eaten in, taken out and gotten delivery, and the... quality is always exceptional. When I do get delivery, it is always quick, correct and tastes amazing. Highly recommended Read more

Amazing experience. They had given salad and on top of that option to switch rice with butter naan for the curry which was like... am I in India right now? The goat vinadaloo was amazing. Perfect spices and hot. The chicken butter masala was bland but then weasked for mild. I think the flavor was not coming properly. The paneer makhni was also on sweeter side even though we asked forspicy. But they do have something called garlic chili naan, which was a treat. Too much chilies, order on your own risk lol! Theregular garlic naan were great too. I enjoyed the presentation of the place and serving. It felt like having the treat in India. The mango lassi was on seeeter side, the sweet one was not so much but freshly made. Overall a good add to neighborhood andPhiladelphia India scene, I think if you order according to taste you won?t go wrong. Read more

Great Indian food. Ordered chicken tikki masala and lamb vindaloo. The flavors were great, spicy and good portions. Not a big... fan of the Gyro though. Will order again. Updated review (May 2022) Wow, their portions got smaller while prices went up. Doone or the other, not both. I want to dock a star for this but the food is still good. 3 entrees for $50+ Read more

Tried Saffron based off the reviews and we were not disappointed. Samples the meat appetizer, lamb pasanda (cream almond sauce)... and shrimp tikka masala and naan. We were not disappointed and actually have leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Meal total was $50before tip. Highly recommend trying this Indian restaurant! Read more

Love this place they just moved to w Oregon so they'd have room for a dining area, and they made a really cute little space... feel cozy and high-class. Went here with a date and we both loved it. Staff is very friendly, good is very good and consistent.Lots of veg options if that's your thing Read more

My best friend and her boyfriend recommended this place and it?s now my favorite Indian food restaurant in the city! ???? We got... the whole spread - butter chicken, garlic naan, tiki masala, mint chutney (FINALLY a place that serves this for take out!). Assoon as she told me how much of a ?Indian food snob? her bf was because his own mom is an incredible Indian cook, I knew I wouldnot be disappointed. 5/5 Read more

I found a bandaid cooked with the paratha. I usually enjoy this restaurant but finding a whole band aid cooked with the bread... means they do not wear gloves. And I?m completely disgusted to eat here again Read more
