My hoagie came with a green and orange mush on tip of it and when I went back to ask why they advised a guy named Eli cut the... tomatoes too thin. Wasn't a great sandwich. Read more

Use the Ardmore store. Their quality is pathetic. Nice people, but the food prep and inspection is borderline lawsuit. Hopefully... they get it in gear. Old peppers that are rotting. Et al. I trashed it and thankfully the manager did the right thing to refundthe order. Read more

This the worst primos hoagies that I've been too. The ridge ave. Primos, does not pay attention to the customers orders. Twice... my wife and I been here and twice they seem to find a way to mess our order up. Never again will I patronize this establishment.I Love primos hoagies, just not this place. Read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, and I love Primo?s, but I can?t, in good conscience, recommend this location. On multiple occasions,... regardless if it?s through Grubhub, their website, or pickup, my order gets messed up. Whether it?s missing drinks, sides, orsandwich ingredients, something keeps going wrong. This last time, our sandwiches had all of the toppings switched between them, and the requested extra meat wasn?t there. I can understand the occasional mixup, but it?s too consistent, and it?s a shamebecause I?m a diehard Primo?s lover. I can even get over the fact that this location?s hoagies are always smaller than those ofany other Primo?s while the price is still at a premium, but the errors have to go. Please work on your service - the food isspectacular but the mistakes impact the overall experience. Read more

I had ordered a succulent turkey hoagie from Priomo Hoagies today. However- I was immensely disappointed in the quality and... quantity of the hoagie. There was no mayo as requested, small hoagie roll, skimmy with the meats, lettice, onions, tomatoes, andmy chips were forgotten. Lastly- I was very dissatisfied with Door Dash Dasher as she left my foods on the porch table wherecats that have fleas run on. I requested that my foods be handed me from the Dasher. Lastly- the Dasher had no mask on as Covidis on the rise again, and it is Door Dash policy that she wears one. Read more

The hoagies are great. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY. We ordered hoagies for dinner for us and our young kids, eta 1 hour. Fine. An hour... and 30 minutes later we call, the employer says the driver left 20 minutes ago and has 10 orders (!) to deliver. We?re allhungry, our kids are screaming, but fine. 2 HOURS later, we call again, they say it?ll arrive in 30 minutes ?maybe?. It?s nowlate, we have to cancel our order. We ask if delivery and the ETA given are at all real, they say ?it?s wrong more often thanit?s right.? They actually said that! We live about 10 minutes away and could?ve easily done pickup if we knew the delivery timeestimates were a complete fraud. Again, we like their hoagies, but their ?delivery? option is fundamentally broken. UPDATE5/4/22: After posting this, Primo?s ownership and management followed up to apologize and make amends, which they did inaddition to a refund. The fateful choice to order delivery (through the location itself, not Doordash or UberEats or any otherdelivery outsourcing) still ruined a Friday night for our family, but I?m at least impressed by their customer service andfollow up. Their hoagies have always been sublime, so no issue there, I just recommend pick up. Read more

I asked for two eggplant hoagies. One being custom, the other Diablo. I asked for roasted peppers, tomato, lettuce, and onions... on both sandwiches. See images of what I received. I ordered the sandwiches online. The ticket was exact. The young lady justdid what she wanted, and the cashier didn't check what she was doing. However, I received a refund. This experience was aconsiderable inconvenience. My wife and I planned to watch a movie and have sandwiches. How you don't read the tickets. Who doesthat? To add insult to injury, I added a generous tip to my order. Read more
