The food is hit or miss and their customer service is hot garbage ! They served me cold chicken and a burnt fish sandwich. They... also practice unsafe food prep. For example, I witnessed an employee return to this establishment from outside. However, hedidn't wash his hands prior to helping the store manager with packing food orders for the customers. Proof that using your cell phone while working the drive-thru isn't a good idea. Pulled up to order and was asked to give her a... second. Asked for nuggets and a sandwich meal... The mac & cheese side was ridiculous and they didn't have the drink we askedfor... Pulled up to the window only to watch the worker deep on her phone. If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service from two cashiers. Argued with me because they had me confused,... then continued to talk about me and laugh as if I wasn?t there manager did absolutely nothing.
