The staff had attitudes. The chicken and biscuits overcooked. My mom's Cajun rice was dry and missing something. I had to ask... for napkins . Like people it's greasy chicken, I need napkins. Don't waste your time at this location. Poor customer service. The black heavy set tall guy was the cashier.He was rushing me... and my mother. He told his co-workers. I wished they hurry up. The service was good and food came out very quickly but it was barely warm at all. I specifically asked for fresh hot fries and... they still gave me old warm fries. That messed up the whole meal for me. Instantly took my appetite away. I also ordered popcornshrimp and they were cold. Read more
Went for pick up on Saturday night and was surprised at how smoothly everything went! The ladies in the front were so friendly... and my food came out super fast. It was the best experience I ever had at a Popeyes, actually at any fast food place. I'd avoidthe one in Lehigh Ave like the plague. This location has the best customer service and food! Read more
