Food is okay but the staff is not friendly at all. The women at the registers ALWAYS have horrible attitudes. They look... completely disgusted just being there and become irritated when you ask a simple question. There were five employees directly behind the counter and at least 4 others moving about. Only 1 person was taking walk in... orders while 1 person was yelling for mobile order pick up. There was also an employee leaning on the counter on the customerside engaged in his phone. After waiting 12 minutes as the second person in line, my order was taken. The young man was politeafter telling me there was no more mild thighs,no more sandwiches...I ordered a 3 PC combo and 3 wings for $18.67. The food was horrible. The 1 piece of chicken that I could identify as a thigh was like wood with plastic skin. The wings were so tiny andhard that they couldn't be eaten either. I feel like I paid nearly $19 for biscuits and coleslaw. For as many employees in onestore, you would think a person could get 1 decent piece of chicken. I'm disappointed and disgusted. Read more

Longest wait ever. Lots of staff (@ min 10) Line was from the register to the very inch of the "front" door and only one... register. Very unorganized with staff just standing around. I hope and pray they get better (mature) managementsoon......PLEASE. Read more

This was the worst Popeyes I ever had, I usually go to the Roosevelt Blvd or Levick locations. I wanted to give this location... another try but they pulled the same stunt. Walked in @ 10am but no food was made and had to wait 30 mins for my food. Not oneemployee had on a masks or gloves, and staff preoccupied with there Apple air pods smh. I asked the cashier if he doubled checkmy meals of 3 piece Spicy White, came home only had 2 pieces of chicken crispy in each box. The chicken was poorly battered andcooked too long, biscuit hard as a rock. Called the store to ask for a refund and return the food, no one answered the phone! Read more

Used the app to get current offers/deals but you have to wait inside. Not a big deal except for the fact they seem to work on... your order WAY after it was sent and I got my confirmation of purchase from their email. It's fairly clean inside, tables arefine but the seats had crumbs. I guess whoever is wiping the top they push the crumbs on the floor and seats. The fooddefinitely was as expected (just messed up my sauce order). Hot enough to enjoy for my lunch pickup. The parking lot isquestionable. Seems like not a lot of spaces if you're driving through and need to pickup inside. Don't get me wrong there isparking but not a ton close. There is a bus stop right out front on Cheltenham. The building is shared with another business(it does change). All in all this was okay. Kinda wish they were better staffed. Feels like it could have more people since onlyone register was open. They staff was polite and professional. I'll check back when I'm around here again. 'cause Popeye'schicken is da bomb! Lol Note: getting to this location is a bit tricky.
