Very slow service. Lemonade had foul aftertaste and needed a replacement drink.

Right on the menu above the number 1 combo it says combo meals include a drink a biscuit and one side. I ordered 4 number 1... combos and NONE came with a biscuit, just the fries I got as the side. How in the world do you not know what your own comboscome with??? Also the chicken sandwiches were awful grease bombs. Read more

I could not recommend this place any less. I work in philadelphia mills so I am subject to eat what?s in the food court. ... Unfortunately, it all started when i first ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles on it, the cashier then tells methat the sandwiches are ?PRE-MADE??.. I (for whatever reason) still decided to go through with my order and got 2 soggy andslimy chicken sandwiches in return. I couldn?t even finish half of the first one until i just threw them both away. However,today i was feeling generous and gave this Popeyes the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were under equipped that day and hadto use the pre-made sandwiches. So i go and order just a large fry and i sit down to eat? come to realize the fries are icecold. This Popeyes is very underemployed! That is an understatement. There is only 2 people working in the back making the food, 1... getting the food ready, 1 at the cashier. This is really unfair to the employees because they can?t keep up with the orders andthe food is not ready on time. Then the customers get upset at the employees. They really need to hire more employees,enticepeople with better pay and offer overtime. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for a business. Read more

Food was fresh. It was made and served quickly. The only thing I didn't like was for the 8 piece family meal (1lb side & 4... biscuits), you only get two breasts and six wings but we wanted ALL white meat so in order for that to happen we had to pay $6more to have all 8 pieces be breasts! Paying the extra $6 wasn't a big deal but the meal is already $20.99 so you should be ableto pick whatever kind of chicken you want but it is what it is! Other than that everything was great. Where can I start? Well, I'm not too much of a fan of fast food places (junk food), but because Philadelphia Mills doesn't have... many choices to eat I decided to give this Popeyes a try. I ordered 3 pieces of Tenders chicken, and let me tell you, I have noidea where the tenderness went to. As I took a bite the crispy layer was hard and tested bad. No flavor and what I was bitingwas nothing but flour and when I finally saw a chicken, it was only a small portion. I rather go to Chick-fil-A which theirchicken tenders are better with good flavor, and yes, tender. Last time eating at this place. Read more
