This was the worst customer service experience I have even had. It?s fast food, so I?m not expecting fine dining customer... service, however, the cashier (Jennifer) was very rude and argumentative with me for no reason. I asked for items separately andshe proceeded to ring up a dinner combo insisting that it would be cheaper. When I got my receipt, it was actually $.51 moreexpensive than if she rang it up separately. It?s not about the $.51. It?s about the way she?s in there treating people. Do NOT BOTHER. NOT WORTH IT!This place has gone straight downhill in the last year! On my last visit the young lady behind the... counter was yelling on the phone to her manager. Nobody was operating the cash register but, her while 2 other employees stoodaround. This young woman was cooking the chicken, trying to check out customers and the other associated tasks. She was clearlyoverwhelmed and the slack Jawed, do nothing others behind the counter were a JOKE! The chicken was dry, over cooked and hadmany mystery pieces. There was no hot sauce.
