CONDIMENTS have EXPIRATION dates!! Yes I want my receipt. Why is that concept so foreign? I thought on a Friday, there?d be... fresh chicken, hot ????, hot from the grease not the lights, a biscuit from right out the oven in back. cOMPLETE OPPOSITE!!!!!! This is why I don?t eat fast food. The fries were limp, that?s how long they?d been under, the chicken tasted like the paperit?s wrapped in that?s how long it had been sitting ZERO flavor!!!!!!! I know it's in the middle of North Philadelphia the Badlands but second and Lehigh's Popeyes is the best Popeyes ever now of... course going to the driveway is a little scary because if you fall off the edge of the driveway well you're on the street downbelow so slow down and stay slowly as you turn to go through the drive-thru Read more
This was my first time purchasing a meal at this location. Never knew that this location existed here at Broad Street and... champlost my food was hot and fresh the staff were friendly and they all were working like they're supposed to and everyone wasbusy. They seem like they had it all together and I like to see that especially being a former employee of one another PopeyesChicken restaurant it's definitely not easy work. Read more
Popeyes at this location has to do better! I paid for 3 meals, 2 of which were combos and when I got home there were no sides in... either of them. The chicken wing was severed so my 3 piece was more like 2.5. Yes it was nearly closing time but you had betterlooking whole pieces of chicken and if there were no sides at the very least warn the customer. Don?t charge me for a combo andlet me find out when I go to eat. I don?t want to complain however this is not the first incident with the Broad/Champlostlocation. This store needs more quality control. I hope that the owners will make improvements. Read more
The fish sandwich was ok. I ordered the classic and received a spicy one.??.One of their employees was rude. I waited 15 mins... for an apple pie. Maybe I should have given them 2 stars instead. The pie got it 3. ???? The beignets were great. Read more
