I try to get Pizza here every time I'm in Kensington. This Pizza is ridiculously delicious and the prices are phenomenal.... Usually you walk up to a window to order and the people on the other side are always really nice. From the few times I have gonein to order, I can say that they keep it very clean inside. I'm a little bit of a Germaphobe, but I have no complaints! I prettymuch park anywhere close by that my car will fit, because even though I don't order ahead, they always have me on my way in notime at all. I highly recommend Pizza House Express! Read more
Foods good service is great place is well kept well lit and everything looked clean and sanitary. Deliverys are usually fast and... the prices are ok. There's no parking but lucky for me I find some even if double parked a few minutes. No handicap entrance orseating. The neighborhood could be better but I get what I want and keep it .moving. all in all my experience here has alwaysbeen good. All Werth the wild due to the foods good. Read more
Do not order a steak Stromboli. It hardly has ANY steak. Very disappointing.
The food is good the cook is great no problems with the delivery driver my issue is with the woman who takes the orders on the... phone she's very rude ignorant rushes you off the phone sounds miserable like if she doesn't want to do her job I honestlygetting to the point where I hate to call this place and it's my local pizza place. .. she didn't even ask me if I wanted to adda tip to the driver he just hangs up on you... All the food is very good. They never mess up my order. My delivery is hot every time and the driver is very polite.
I just gotta say, not only is the pizza delicious but the girl who takes your order in the evening is awesome! And so are the... guys who run the place. They all have good karma coming their way. Kindness comes in all forms. Thank you guys so much! Read more
Hands down worst pizza store ever, do not waste your money here. First, it took me over 2 hours to get my order on a Thursday.... Secondly, my pizza came cold and did not have the toppings I ordered. I also ordered Buffalo wings and I got fried wingsinstead. I called to speak to customer service and the receptionist was extremely rude & she raised her voice at me. I alsoheard someone in the background asking why did I order the food if I did not want it when I asked to give them the food inreturn for a refund. Read more
This how i received the pizza I kindly Called back to let them know the Lil girl that answer the phone was cursing and beyond... rude and unprofessional, about returning another pie. I will Never order here again thanks to the Lil girl that places order. Ohand by the way never got my pizza nor a refund because she said the owner doesn?t speak English, I told her i speak Spanish andstill wouldn?t put the manager on the phone. Read more
