I hate to give such a bad review as I know how difficult the food industry can be. I have to be honest this was the worst pizza... I ever experienced. It was completely burnt with the burnt after taste on every single slice. With each slice completely burnton the bottom. I asked for extras sauce and it barely had any sauce at all. Then I proceeded to email the company because Ithought maybe it was a mistake but I haven?t heard any response back for weeks now. Read more

UPDATED 10/14/2022 - NEVER EAT HERE. I ordered a pizza via their website link, waited the 30 minutes to pick up, and when marked... available I came to pickup. Not only was it not ready, but they made the wrong size pizza. I asked for a refund and was told to"Call door dash" except my order email has only Pizza Brain's number on it, and any help here button leads for to a form thatsays they'll respond in 2 business days. I went back in and asked for a manager. A man in a black shirt and hat came forward andsaid again he couldn't do anything. I emphasized that I needed a refund to be able to pickup another dinner, and theybegrudgingly finally cancelled the order for me, which was clearly an option all along. I said thank you and walked out, leavingthe pizza I didn't order. As I walked out they threw the pizza box out the door at me. Absolutely horrendous service and notworth the hassle. UPDATE 10/14/22: per the owner's reply I contacted them with the below message via email: Good afternoon, Iappreciate the lengthy reply, and the offer for a gift card, but it will not be necessary. Your employee throwing a pizza outthe door at me is what I'd like to emphasize in this email. In my entire life, I have never been disrespected in such a way. Iknow in your review you claim this was in no way possible for your employees to have done, but I guarantee you it occurred, andagain, you can feel free to look at my Google review profile, and see that I am not an insane customer who makes negativereviews my hobby. I know that realistically it's doubtful even after seeing the thrown pizza on your security footage that youwill admit to it, nor do anything about it, but I want it known that I did not fabricate a story out of displeasure with thistransaction. Additionally, any issues you have with third-party companies are none of my business. Your employees knew thatthey could simply cancel the order and that would create a refund. They were lazy and did not want to, an Read more

I didn't know what to expect when going to Pizza Brain. I enjoyed the pizza, but the museum part can be skipped since it's just... a bunch of old posters, avoid the noid memorabillia, and other pizza odds and ends that weren't too exciting. They sell pizza bythe slices or by the pie. During COVID, we weren't able to sit inside and were given the option to eat our slices in the back. That area is cool, but it was on a cold day - so maybe would be better in the spring/summer. Parking was pretty easy a coupleblocks away and the fact that we didn't have to pay was a plus. Read more

Delicious, thin, crispy, tasty pizza options. They have a good variety of pizzas that are tomato-based as well as... non-tomato-based. Not a big place made up of two rooms, the first is where you order your slices then they bring them to you inthe next room. They have walls covered in pizza-themed LPs, another with movie posters and also some toys and otherparaphernalia. Cute place. Very friendly staff. Read more
