I have been a steady customer for years but the customer service has been the worst lately. I placed an order that cost me $82... and when we got it delivered it look like they were using the pizza as a frisbee, when I called the store they told me there wasnothing they can do that i have to call door dash. Don’t order through door dash i got 50$ worth of food and they gave it to a driver that stole my food. They wasn’t even... helpful but when i called to place an order on the phone they told me to do it on door dash but gave my food to a dasher whostole it . I didn’t know where to write this but I just wanted to say something nice about your Mayfair store regarding an order that I... placed on the Toast App on Saturday, 10.22.22. I placed the order as a pick up instead of a delivery. I called your store to letyou know what happened & I was told by the young lady on the phone to cancel the order & then re-order as a delivery. I thankedher & hung up so I could cancel the order on the app. I couldn’t find anywhere on the app to cancel so I called your storeagain. I was afraid I was going to have 2 of the same orders placed but your store cancelled my pick up order so I could orderit as a delivery. They had already started preparing my order so I hurried and placed the order again. I worried that it wasgoing to be a double charge on my debit card but it was not. Everything was corrected and worked out just fine. On top of all ofthe confusion, I am happy to say that the cheeseteak with fried onions was DELICIOUS! We always order pizza from Santucci’s. We love their pizza. Today we decided to get a Stromboli from there for the 1st time.... They said there is a $3 delivery fee. I said okay and asked how much goes to the driver. Response was quick: I don’t know. Soafter a pause I asked can you ask others there. After a very quick hold I got the answer we don’t know. So we go on with theorder. They said about an hour. It came sooo quick we thought it was great. We opened it cut it up divided it up for three. Itwasn’t fully cooked. As I am typing my wife put it in the toaster oven. Nowadays everything is so expensive. When the order issubpar or not right it makes a difference. With todays prices I am less likely to order out. When the food is undercooked itreminds me of how expensive it is. I do believe that if someone looked at the time of order and time to door it would not besurprising that it was undercooked. While I appreciate quickness I don’t want to spare quality for it. Read more

Great pizza but Horrible place to order from. I was told for delivery they need my card…. Okay so I give it and expect to... have delivery but apparently they put it through door dash and you have to wait for a driver from there … Very unprofessional.Very unsafe and the fact they don’t tell you this before you give your card information is beyond me You put my cardinformation into a app I didn’t want it going into. Heard a lot of good things about this spot and wanted to give it a try. Such a great decision! The food was hot and made well.... Pizza was delicious paired with cheesesteak rolls that come with this tasty spicy ketchup! Will definitely try more from here! Read more
