Every once in a while for the past several years I would come to this place to buy pretzels. The quality, customer service, and... professionalism has declined over the years and it is worse now than before. I came in to buy pretzels on May 31, 2022 in theafternoon. It was truly terrible and it was the worst form of customer service and unprofessionalism I have ever seen in mylife. I will not be going back to this particular location. The cashier was conducting side conversations with two men thatwere way too long during and after they received their order, even to when the two men were at door and supposed to be leaving!Another woman and I were annoyed and stressed because of this foolishness. During her conversation with them as the two men weresupposed to be leaving, I interrupted her and asked for two pretzels. She gave me my order and I left. The problem with thislocation is there are too many men hanging around there and they act foolish while in the store as well. A business should betreated like a business and customer service is what will make or break your business. I have chosen another location to go toinstead that respects its customers, but especially values a customer?s time and money. Read more
This is one of my favorite spots to stop in and get hot and/or soft pretzels. The staff is cool. This morning I got angry... because I ordered three rows of minis based on their sign: 3 rows of minis for $6. I was charged $7.50. When I questioned it Iwas told there was no button to push to ring me up for $6. I am a stickler for accurate advertisement. I don't like feeling likeI'm being taken advantage of to my face. Ver very bad. The cashier is always twerking and flirting with every man that walks in there. Even the guys who work there are... very unprofessional. They come out from behind the counter to party and then go back to serving pretzels without washing therehands. Ive even seen them go next door to the beer store and drink shots of liqor and go back to work. This place is terribleand needs to be shut down. Read more
