Been here various times from 2018 to 2022 and onward. Food is always served warm and properly. I always get my usual Vietnamese... pork chops and they never disappoint. There's a parking lot in the front and sometimes it does get crowded. The door is alsoextremely heavy to push but they're not closed, it just requires extra force. They're always crowded, so that's good businesswhich says a lot about their food. I've never had an issue with the food. Occasionally, the elder woman waitress catches anattitude but it varies on different days, depending on her mood. They also provide take out which takes 15-20 minutes dependingon the menu item. Payment can be taken to the front desk after meals. The seats next to the windows are always the coldest.Their bathrooms are also usually very clean. Good place. Read more
The atmosphere is great. The food is good. The menu is overwhelming while the customer service was underwhelming. I passed and... stopped in to pick up dinner. I stood at the register and no one acknowledged me, yet they sat people for dine-in. I wouldchalk this up to it being crowded but it wasn't. There was at max, 10 tables being used. I wasn?t sure what to eat in this part of Philadelphia. I came into this place and ordered something safe. The menu was very... overwhelming, so I ordered wings. They were fatty and bland. The service was pooor. I had been waiting for my ginger ale for awhile after getting my wings. One of my favorite Pho restaurants in Philly! It can get crowded quickly but I usually go earlier in the day or order take out... if that?s the case. Smoothies are great too!! Read more
Consistent 3 stars. If there was a pho 75 up northeast philly where the broth was authentic and they took cards and was clean,... this place would not get as much business as it does. Only good thing to get is grilled pork chop. Flavor for pho is reallybland all the time. Read more
December 2021: Amazing food. Lovely clean ambience. Ample parking Very helpful staff. Fast service. The pho, the tofu... vermicelli, the tofu summer roll, French coffee with condensed milk were all great. Even the complementary tea wassoothing. Menu does not have a lot of vegetarian options or substitutions. Some dishes might be only available at certain times.Check with your waiter. PLEASE ADD SOME VEGETARIAN DISHES Also, once you are finished dining, you can walk up to the cashier andpay by mentioning your table number. Not sure if this was a COVID precaution. This place is a Treasure. The Place looks great, even though is so popular there's always tables and it doesn't feel crowded.... Nice and Modern really feels cool being in there. The Food!!! It just keeps getting better, no matter what you order is gonna begood. It feels and looks authentic, the flavors are addictive. The menus are easy to understand and the staff is all so Helpfuland they work like One. Highly recommended. Read more
