This is my 1st time ordering from this place. The girl that answered the phone was rude. She placed me on hold as soon as she... answered. I had to hang up because I was on the bus and my phone was on 2%. I called back when I got in the house the 1st thingshe said was hold and do not hang up again very rudely. She placed me on hold again for a long time.. I ordered a cheese steakwith French fries. My French fries had a ton of ketchup on it. I had to throw them away. The cheese steak would have been goodif it didn't have a ton of salt on it. The only good thing was the delivery guy who was very nice. Needless to say I'm not sureif i should order from here again. Unfortunately, I have had a bad experience tonight with the manager of this establishment. Her tone set the mood for my night,... as I ordered a grilled chicken pizza and it was half of the pizza only. I asked her on the phone,if they ran out of chicken?Needless to say how the conversation went as I do not like being called a liar! She said I checked it myself; needless to saythe half was burnt! I ended up walking up to the store to take it back to show her as I ordered and delivered to me. The managerwas quite insensitive, unprofessional, and her attitude over the phone was the cue to how her day was going! While in the storeshe opened the box while she was speaking to me, and she went to the co-workers to show them the ????* please note that again*having a conversation with the open box. There was a misunderstanding in communication because I would have rather beencompensated monetary for the inconveniences of having food delivery, walking it back to the store, and half grilled chickenpizza! She did not explain to me would make me another one because she was too quick with an attitude~ " well I need to see it". If you checked to see the pizza delivered then you would have know (as a said manager) the pizza was burnt! And the otherside was definitively lighter on the crust. As manager you stand by the brand you work for and make sure the QUALITY of it is tomeet customer expectations. (Yes, I ate a small piece and I realized then I had ordered a grilled chicken pizza! ) I overallnever had a bad experience with their quality of food, customer service, and delivery service. I will not be ordering from thereagain as I definitely would not like to have this type of treatment bestowed upon me as nor should anyone else have to deal withthe disrespectful and unprofessional mannerism to their customers. It's really sad when you can't make something as simple as a cheesesteak. Dry hard rubber. Then your giving people poppy seed... rolls! Some people are actually allergic! Never ever again! I will warn people about this place. Read more
