I Ordered online. They claimed they didnt realize there was an online order so I still had to wait for my food when I got there.... Tried to order patties and they were out. Wanted a side of plaintains and they were out. When I got my food to the car, Iopened it to take a bite and it was cold. So I had to reheat it when I got home. The food was not the best. So I came here today and to give it a try because it?s close to my home (instead of me traveling to SW like I normally do) and I... HATED (yes hated) my service. The lady was very rude and unpleasant. She was very hostile when talking to me, and didn?t want toexplain certain options they provided. This is my second time ordering from these people I thought I?d give them a second chance but was disappointed again. The food... had no flavor and was undercooked, the rice was hard, the oxtails tasted old, the curry chicken was basically curry bones, notsure what happened to the meat part of it, and items were missing from my order.
