Okay listen I absolutely love papa johns but this location gave me four hours worth of issues all for one heart shaped pizza.... The first way I ordered was through the app, waited for two hours and call the place five times before they finally cancelledand refunded my order. The second time I ordered through doordash, I was extremely determined to get this heart shaped pizza formy single Valentine?s Day dinner with my friend. We had gotten a pizza box, but get this, there was NO PIZZA INSIDE THE BOX. Itwas JUST the box. I can?t make this up. Check out the picture. So at this point it had been three hours, we did indeed get thechicken poppers and garlic knots but how the actual heck do you forget to put an entire pizza inside a box and you serve someonea box?!? The single star is for it being a funny story, if I could put zero stars I would. Try #3 we finally got our pizza andwhile it wasn?t cut into slices, we were just happy we had the pizza we?d wanted for four hours. I went here two nights ago ordered over 50 dollars worth of food. The food was burnt when I say burnt it was charcoal burnt had... to scrape the burnt off the crust I was very disappointed because what made me come back to Papa John's was the fact that Iloved the pepper and garlic sauce that comes with your pizza which one of my pizzas didn't have,no bacon in my Jalapeno baconbites smh hated it guess I will have to go to the northeast or 40th street to get it rite they care about what they put out inthem sort of neighborhoods a waste of 54 dollars wish I could get my money back. Regular customers. Normally satisfied. This time, not at all. Ordered honey chipotle wings but no honey chipotle. ???? And a... Hawaiian chicken pizza but it had no pineapples. Live 15 minutes away and wasn't about to travel back to address it and disruptdinner with the family. I'm sure that this was an isolated incident. Read more
Never thought I?d write a review about any store, but they messed up a two item order. They delivered half my order. Claimed a... driver would drop off the other half? 3 hrs later, and 4 phone calls later, still nothing. All they offered is a voucher, not afull refund, but a voucher. Read more
I've been going here ever since I moved to Roxborough, and I haven't had any issues until yesterday. You'd think that if it was... a very windy and rainy day, and if you lost your pizza due to the wind, you'd be told that the pizza can be remade, especiallyif you've been patronizing a particular location for a long time. Ultimately, I was not only met with an indifferent cashier,but I was also threatened. The managers did not take the situation as seriously as they should have.
