I had the BBQ chicken sandwich. It was all bread and definitely not like it was pictured. Mac and cheese was lukewarm.
The staff told me all Panera locations in Philadelphia have their free Wi-Fi turned off by their corporate office from 11 AM to... 2 PM! I have used free Wi-Fi in many Paneras all over the country and many other businesses all over the world, and I?ve neverheard of a place that has free Wi-Fi turned off during certain hours! The Google description for Panera even says Panera isknown for its free Wi-Fi, so shame on them for turning it off so people cannot have a productive work lunch! This location wasalso out of to-go hot drink lids, had no toilet paper in the women?s restroom at 9 AM, and has no cups out so you can get yourown drink? as the ordering screen tells you to do. Good. Can't complain really. Bread can be a little over done sometimes. So much of the items are always sold out. They're not... very good at ordering enough of things or supply chains are actually an issue. Read more
Disappointing to go experience. Took double the time it was supposed to (which over a quick lunch break is unacceptable. I... wouldn't have ordered if I knew it would take that long). Then my half salad in the pick two was incrediblydisappointing--barely any chicken and toppings and the dressing was way too sweet. For $7, I should've just gotten a grocerystore salad. The turkey BLT was good at least. Though bread is a bit thick for the filling. Read more
Ordered my usual, Autumn soup and Mac n cheese, both were delicious. I was a tad bit upset because they tossed my baguette in... the bag no wrapping no bag. Maybe it was an afterthought. Please note the pictures; granted the food looks delicious, but isthere any reason it was a half serving. Yes, half maybe a third. This order was delivered by Door Dash, great service, by theway. If we had physically been there, I am sure we would have received a full serving. Disappointed in the portions because wewere charged full price. Read more
This location is the worst, dirty and their food last time was disgusting. The outdoor sitting area was full of bugs the same as... inside. I asked the manager if the kitchen as dirty as in the front and he was acting like if he is deaf. If they were servinganimal food the place and the food will not be as disgusting as it was.
