Came here for my birthday and everything we had was amazing! The menu is seasonal but the Francobolli seems to be a staple and... it should be. Definition of melt in your mouth. It is family style and the food comes out when it’s done vs all together. Read more

The place was absolutely delicious! The ambiance was beautiful and everyone was so kind. Our waiter Ryan was so attentive and... patient, he answered all of our menu related questions! The pre fix menus for restaurant week was also delicious and theportions were big enough that we left extra full! Will definitely go back in the future! Read more

One of the best happy hours in the city! Fabulous options at great prices. We always get the octopus, daily pizza and the... rigatoni, they never fail to impress me. If I had to choose only one item, the octopus is without a doubt the best. Also, theservers and hostess are very kind and attentive. Read more

Great spot to grab dinner for going to a show at the Met. The food was great, I would definitely encourage sharing dishes with... the table so you can taste a lot more options. The dishes were beautifully presented as well. The only criticism was regardingthe bar service. It took forever (20+ minutes) to get drinks on the table at the start of the evening and then just as longbetween rounds. The bar was “backed up” the whole time. Read more

Fantastic food all around but we would have hoped the server had let us known the helpings are quite generous and everything is... shareable. 3 dishes per person is a LOT of food, and asking us to order it all up front left us with a bad taste in ourmouths. That said, best Pizza I've ever had in Philly! Read more

What a fantastic, fantastic place and meal. We came here for a birthday with 10+ people and so had to go with the prix fixe... meal but I couldn't have been happier with the meal. There were a TON of courses and plenty of it. Honestly, almost too muchfood for us. The chicken was roasted so well and the mushroom pasta dish was fantastic. The ricotta spread they brought out wasabsolutely delicious. Drinks wise they had a good selection - I don't think I was overly impressed with any of the drinks, BUTI will say that the espresso martinis were not only well made but DANGEROUS. They certainly turned the party up anotch. Regarding the actual vibe of the place. Such a cute location, we were sitting in the covered patio with lots of greeneryetc. The ONLY complaint I would have is the location we were in. As we were a large group it is only reasonable to believe thatwe would be loud, they put us in the front of the patio - which was less secluded. We were trying to be respectful of the peoplearound us, but again there were a lot of us. I would have preferred if they had seated us towards the back so that we were lessdisruptive to those around us. All that in mind we had a WONDERFUL time and I look forward to coming here again. Excellent service. Jordan, our server, was outstanding! The ravioli was the best I’ve ever had. The complimentary bread was... soooo tasty. The flank steak was cooked to perfection. I can’t say enough about how great this place was. We had to wait along time between dishes for our steak because it was Valentine’s Day and they were slammed, but they made up for it by givingus complimentary gelato and octopus. Can’t forget about the garlic potatoes. The flavor explosion in my mouth wasunforgettable. Thank you Osteria! We’ll be back! Read more

This place was born from passion for food and a space for friends and family to dine on top-notch dishes in a comfortable, yet... elegant setting. It lends itself wonderfully to hosting intimate weddings in center of Philadelphia. In Italian, Osteria means“a place where the owner hosts his guests,” and as such, hospitality is the cornerstone of the Osteria values. Read more
