Where do I even begin.. A read.. I had the unpleasant misfortune of working under Ms. Georgina Vargas. She is this particular... stores franchise owner. NOTE: NrGize Lifestyle Cafe is independently owned and NOT affiliated with LA Fitness. It would be thesame as a Subway inside a Walmart or a Starbucks inside a Target. With that being said, she did NOT act as a business ownershould. She and her son Sam, who she had working as the manager, very rarely answered their phones. Sam, who was supposed to doscheduling for the month, often got it done a week into the month leaving everyone else to scramble and find out when they wereworking and find coverage for shifts the first week of the month. Sam would come to work in basketball shorts and have a du-ragon his head as if he had just rolled out of bed. He would fall asleep at the counter as if it were normal (I have video proof ofthat, courtesy of a customer). I really can't say too much about Gina, because I rarely ever saw her.. and she rarely everanswered her phone.. and apparently, there was ALWAYS something going on in her personal life that kept her from maintaining theshop how it should have been. The juice bar would constantly run low or completely out of fruit, so I would have to go to theAcme next door to pick up a bushel of bananas, which was our most popular fruit, because we had ran out the day before or duringa working shift. The shop was not properly maintained from the owners end, and there were sometimes molded fruit brought in withnew inventory, expired "NrGize" supplements and a broken leaking sink that was supposed to have been fixed numerous times. If weran out of a product, such as a popular flavor Gatorade, that was it for the next month and a half until new inventory finallycame in. Great smoothies after the gym
Lucky is they show up, listed hours mean nothing, and product knowledge is.... absent.
I was there on a Friday night and the guy that makes the shakes wasn't friendly at all. When I gave him a dollar tip he didn't... even say thank you. He just put the money in there and didn't say anything. How can LA Fitness put up with this kind of customerservice. They won't be getting my business anymore! Read more
Me and my wife went For smoothies we saw on Google And the representative there at night was awesome the shakes came out great... 1st time here would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and try the shakes!! Read more
