placed a order on the Sonic app. i get here and they tell me that the sonic app doesn't work (cus this place is just a bunch of... ghost kitchens or something, not actually a sonic) and that i have to call sonic to get my money back and then order again ongrubhub. i get home and the order is all wrong and obviously halfassed, again probably because its not a real sonic and a ghostkitchen. not hating on the staff or anything the people were nice and im sure everyone was just trying to do their jobs but thiswhole system i think is just really dumb and awful. scammed me and then gave me food that was completely wrong. This place is horrible!!! They always have that they?re open but every time I come here the door is locked and I?m not able to... get to get in touch with anyone. Also, knocking on the door doesn?t help because whoever is inside ignores you until you walkoff. That just happened to me. I was standing outside for 5 minutes trying to get my food and had to cancel the order becauseno one came to the door until I walked off. And the person that came out had headphones on this place is very unprofessional. Read more
Horrible customer service and system management. How is it they allow you to place an order , take your money and then close... before giving you a chance to pick up food or even stopping the order before it?s paid for. I need my money back and I?m notcoming back. Read more
