If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would, but unfortunately I cannot. First, the menus need to be updated to reflect... the price increases, such as the grilled chicken caesar salad, which was $10.95 on the menu, but the server informed me that thenew price was $14.00. Second, if you are going to increase the cost of the food because of inflation, have the decency to hirecooks that can prepare the food exceptionally and delectably, which is what I did not experience. The petite-sized chickenbreast that was sliced and garnished on my caesar salad was overcooked. All of the juices that should seep out and please thepalate was zapped from it. The meat was extremely tough, making it difficult to chew and swallow. I informed my server that thechicken was overcooked and hard to consume. The server asked if I would like something else instead, which I ordered a well-donewaffle (crispy exterior and fluffy interior), scrambled light eggs, and home fries, fried hard. What was presented to me was notwhat I ordered. The waffle was undercooked. The majority of the waffle was pale with some hints of light brown. The waffle wassoft and the dough/batter inside needed to be cooked more. The scrambled eggs were scrambled hard and the home fries werebutchered and chopped up excessively. It was as if the cook was chopping up meat to put on a cheesesteak or maybe he thought hewas at a hibachi grill. I have never had to take back food twice, but the worse part of this horrendous experience, was when Ioverhead the server, making sly and unprofessional remarks about me to the owner, a few feet away from me. She said, shecouldn?t understand, how I could order my waffle well-done (which I never received), but take back the chicken for beingovercooked? As a customer and also as someone who has worked at a restaurant, I have never heard something so imbecilic from aserver before. How can you compare cooking poultry to cooking waffle batter? What level is her IQ? What exac Read more
