I went there for the first time last night and got a taro milk drink with bubbles. The tapioca bubbles were very good. I had NO... IDEA that they put actual taro inside. Every other bubble tea place I have been to blends it into the drink, so I was a littlesurpised. It kind of tasted like bubble tea with mashed potates in it...... Maybe it was just a bad choice of a drink on mypart. The staff was nice and quick. The store was clean and inviting. Went here and ordered a drink and wanted to customize it the way I always do. The first worker said it was ok but then someone... else came out and told me I couldn?t so I just added things that I could. When I received my drink it was a totally differentdrink. So I called back the the worker that told me I couldn?t make what I wanted answered and was so disrespectful to me. Ijust wanted them to fix my drink. They didn?t even attempt to fix the mistake and kept on saying that I was in the wrong andhung up on me. I tried to call back a couple of time but no one answered. So, I love the place and the service is nice. But how can you say no if a customer asks to add ice a little less ( bcz I had bad... throat ) She refused. I mean what's a big deal about not adding much ice? I don't need extra milk or bubble or tea! Justspoonful of less ice? I wish they did that and I'd give 5 perfect stars. Read more

My daughter asks for waffles again. This time we have my dad with me. I ordered the oolong tea soft serve with brown sugar boba... and a lemon black tea.
