The services are reliable and they keep up the orders 1 by 1 done. But the cheese like normal, will slide off..???? but hey! The... pizza still good and taste well and you can just eat the slide off cheese as appetite snack ???? Read more
They tried it with this cheesesteak. I gave 3 stars because in general..... I like the pizza. But this cheesesteak tasted... exactly how it looks. Unfulfilling, bland and a waste of money. This turned out to be the weekend of Northeast Philly. After a long day Montesini Pizza was the cheesesteak to me. When did... Montesini get the Montesini special cheesesteak. It comes with mushrooms, pepper, fried onions and sauce. The sauce is ladledon top. There were a lot of peppers in a cheesesteak. They gave it a lot of flavor but also gave it a lot of juice. We've heard neighbors rave about Montesini and decided to give it a try. Since we were on the go and wanted something light to... fill our stomachs, we opted for slices. We got the last slice of pepperoni and a slice with sausage. Overall, the ratios arenice with just enough sauce, cheese, topping. The dough has the perfect thickness. Sauce is decent not sweet slightly salty,cheese has just enough pull but not greesy. Pepperoni was decent and sausage is a bit on the saltier side. I was hoping for morefrom the dough. It was cooked well with a nice char on the bottom but it was dry and not very flavorful and lacked that chewypull that I was expecting. Maybe because the slices have been sitting out for a while.
