Hands down, the best thing about Molly Malloy?s is the fact that you can take either a glass of wine or beer with you as you... walk around the Reading Terminal Market. Their beer and wine here are absolutely solid and pair nicely with the many offeringsof the market. On another occasion we tried the wings and fries at Molly Malloy?s, along with drinks, they were very good, butnothing to write home about. Having said that, Molly Malloy?s always seems to be busy. Went for breakfast. Its inside Reading Terminal. Service was excellent. Red head guy behind the bar( sorry forgot his name but... he was great. I had a bee's knees with whiskey (instead of gin) its was great. Had a cheesesteak. May have been the best I'VEEVER HAD!!! Food was fast and hot. Very nice place located in the Reading Terminal Market. This is the best chicken pot pie I've ever had! Big chunks of real... chicken, potatoes, carrots and peas, perfectly seasoned, with a beautiful flaky pastry crust. Positively scrumptious! The staffare very friendly and attentive, even in the middle of a very busy lunch rush from a union convention across the street. A realgem, 5 stars--would definitely eat here again! I went for breakfast today with my wife and we ordered the Farmer's Platter and Breakfast Grains bowl. The platter is your basic... breakfast, with choice of meat, egg cook method, potatoes, and a biscuit with jam. The star of this breakfast was the biscuit.It was fluffy, crunchy shell, and huge! Definitely need to order one of these if you visit. The bowl was also very good, and ithad literally one of the largest blueberries I have ever seen. Good flavor, not soupy, and very fresh.
