It's freezing in there in November. People dine in to be warm not freeze my hands were turning yellow from my Raynaud's. My... coffee cooled off quickly. Everyone eating had their coat on closed up. I don't know if this if this is done to keep thecommunity from gathering there but it's miserable to paying dine-in customers. There are also no real usable restrooms! Don?t go to this McDonalds!!! Food was dry and tasted awful. Restaurant was very smoking(burning oil or something) from the... kitchen. Soda is disgusting, I don?t know if the carbonation pressure is off or the syrup is expired. Cashier was awesome andvery helpful. Most be a short line to get the job as the manager of this McDonald?s, and it shows. Read more
I walk in there and place an order for 2 big macs and large fries. (Every time I go in a McDonald's it's always young people on... their phone) It was nobody in there accept people sitting and a homeless guy. I see them making the 2 big Macs and fries bagthem up and give it to a homeless person. So I'm still waiting and more people come in order get their food and leave. I'm likewhere's my order. They're standing their looking dumb. So they knew what I ordered then made it. Never again. Read more
Food is made fast. The employees have a really nasty attitude right up to the moment you walk in and then when you get your... order. But it?s the city and we right by the bottom in West Philly. Should?ve never expect any type of respect from the hoodchicks working a minimum wage job that they?re obviously depressed in. Hope they do mature and better in life. Read more
Can?t pack a 4-item order without missing 3 things. Employees are either incompetent, don?t wanna be there, or both. Place is a... public safety hazard at this point. Fun fact. The food of McDonald?s is the same great taste, but when I went to the bathroom it was dirty, filthy, no soap, no toilet paper,... and there was pee on the floor. Over all I guess it was fine but more cleaning is needed. I have to add one more thing thefries are salty, the worst. Read more
This particular store is close to school. So, if feeling nostalgic and want to at least use the rewards points, I stop in.... Dining area, never clean, neither Is the one bathroom out of two made available to customers. Addicts hanging in and around thelobby and front of store. Sub par, cold, flavorless food. Doesn't matter if you use the app or not, terrible service, with adirty nasty, lobby, with staff who could care less! Visited a McDonald's in Port Richmond, the best experience ever!! Read more
