The worst McDonald's you could ever visit. They will not help you in anyway whatsoever if you are having trouble with the mobile... app. They had me outside for an hour and everyone that came to the window to ask what I was waiting on, acted like they weregoing to help but disappeared and never came back. Its ALWAYS some kind of issue here. I have no clue why I return, I guessit's a downside of not having a car right now. Read more

The cashier was very friendly and courteous. I received the food very quickly,however I was very disappointed. The food was cold... and it ruined my whole mood. I didn't call customer service,due to a busy day,however I would like my money back!! Read more

I only did Uber. The girl literally ignored me as I tapped on drive thru window. I went around about 5 times and she was... ignoring me. I went up to the speaker to talk and a different girl told me it?s a windows near the door. It specifically said ifstore is closed use drive thru. Wait not done so literally as I?m waiting a half hour for my stuff the girl comes out and Iasked her about the food she says I?m off the clock now she is going to make it (talking about the girl that she?s standingthere talking to). I literally was outside for a half hour .. if not longer. Everyone was extremely rude and mot working becauseit wasn?t anyone else there at one point. I asked for refund but they wouldn't give it back to me they just gave me a sandwich with a hard roll after the first sandwich... had a scrambled egg on it and I wanted the regular round egg that comes with the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin after askingfor a refund they gave me another sandwich the bottom of the Roll was still I asked for a refund because I paid in cash theysaid I could not because I ordered it through the mobile a app but I paid them in cash after giving me a second sandwich Cardroll I asked for my money they gave me another sandwich so I gave up because I didn't want to argue no fight but I was veryinsatisfied even though the sandwich was better the third time Read more

These are the stale nuggets. I?m not sure how this location operates continuously using dishonest business methods. Are the good... chicken nuggets in the back somewhere while management says something like ?let?s sell these old ones first before opening thenew bag of nuggets?? I?m not understanding how this McDonalds is undercutting the lowest of service. I at least expect my cheapmeal to not be stale. The food already is cheap, but this is deadly. Absolutely aweful. Twice I had deliveries from this establishment via 3rd party app. Filthy. Miserable employees. Employees... cursing & refusing to work. Establishment did not place an item in the customer's bag & when I questioned them on it theyclaimed to be out. I asked if they informed the customer &/or offered a substitute & the reply from the manager was that theydon't do that. I use the same app for food orders & have had many communications from restaurants letting me know something wasunavailable & offered a substitute or other option. Even after I insisted they inform the customer, they refused. The store wasnot busy both times I was there. One employee was genuinely trying, but it was genuinely sad for her. Read more
