Terrible experience!! i am 4 months pregnant and recently ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and the burger was raw and... disgusting. My drink was also not filled up and my fries were cold. Please do not order from here, i am traumatized and i wantmy money back. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Started with the long wait in the drive-thru line. Then the employee taking the order was not friendly... and acted like she didn?t want to be there. Once I got to the window to receive my order I was told to pull over to the side towait additional time for my order. Once home the food was disgusting. The Big Mac wasn?t good, the chicken sandwich was drywith nothing but over cooked chicken and burnt buns. Will never go here again. Read more
The 2nd & Lehigh in Philadelphia Pa is the BEST location in Philly! I'm talking as a customer & an UberEATS/GrubHub driver. ... They are on point and orders are done quickly & with a smile. First time at this location. The staff was friendly. The food was hot. I do not like that there are people standing around... asking for money. Two men were standing by the drive-thru speaker and another between the cashier and pick up window. I hopethat they get the help they need from a place or person who can help them. Read more
Order #1310. Went to McDonald?s at 3:30 AM on 2/21/22 and received the nastiest attitude from the cashier Leila I believe her... name was. She was an African-american woman working the first window and took my order. Not only did she sound annoyed theentire time I ordered, she accused me of trying to not pay for my food when I sat at the cash register window for at least 2minutes and nobody came. She then said that she was standing ?right at the window? yeah right. Not once was I rude to this womanjust simply tried to get some late night food. If you don?t like working at McDonald?s then quit, but don?t take it out onpeople who didn?t do anything to you. Read more
First off they can?t even get an order right when you?re IN the facility .. but how did my husband and I just receive our... DoorDash order with the right receipt ON the bag but not even the right order IN the bag. Got a sundae and fries but ordered 60$worth of food. This place is absolutely ridiculous ! Read more
This place is basically a ghost kitchen. Most of the parking spaces and tables are reserved for courier pickups. They don't want... you sitting in there to eat for longer than 30 minutes. And they gave my friend water instead of the sprite he ordered, with adead bug in the bottom of the cup to boot. The chicken sandwich he ordered only had pickles on it, none of the other stuff itwas supposed to come with. At least the premises are clean, but jeez. Read more
