Probably the worst McDonalds in Philadelphia I?ve been to this location 5 times in the last 6 months and neither time I was... served. I came at 2am they were shut down transitioning to breakfast . I came at 1am they were shut down transitioning into tobreakfast came at 4am they were shut down transitioning to breakfast at what point were they gonna be open so they close from1am to 5am takes 4 hours ??? Twice system was down at 10pm on a Monday. I had two friends work here before and it?s just badsince they left do not come to this McDonalds after 9pm it will just be a waste of time. Read more
Who hired them ignorant employees overnight outside in the parking lot bunch of people dasher ubereats waiting for orders nobody... want come to the door when they do they said order not available and I can see clearly alot abandoned orders seatin on top thetable inside I don't understand im like maybe they doing this at the end they can take the orders home themselves instead oftrash it since they don't want give orders out when the driver come pick it up . Why on earth would I rate 5 stars for a 20-minute wait for breakfast? Simple... Absolutely wonderful and professional service.... The manager was extremely friendly and sincerely apologized for the delay because they were understaffed. The iced coffee wasdelicious - perfect amount of cream and sugar. The bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich was on point. It's not their faultthat they are understaffed - they are doing the best they can! Read more
The customer service here was so awful, from the drive thru to the food pick up window. The order taker had no patience and my... order wasn't right. I ordered 3 bundles for my 82 year old mother, my 15 year old son with special needs and for myself. I alsopurchased a large sweet tea and a small soda. I am from NYC and I thought customer service in NYC was terrible, this place(full of young melanated people) was by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Customer service at its worse! Sunday 12/26 3:25pm Workers so dumb can?t read English. I asked for no cheese and they got one... with. I asked for sauce for the nuggets, you can see in the photo that obviously there are no qualifications to work InMcDonald?s. I love chick-fil-a so much better. Read more
The absolute worst Mcdonalds in the city. Food always cold. Staff is as unprofessional as you can get. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS... PLACE. NO MASKS. NO GLOVES. Even when picking up for doordash or uber they never handout the food. They leave it on the counterto get cold. They don't care about thier customers or the drivers that do business with them. The service I received from this store location was awful. The person taking my order was distracted while taking my order so I... pulled to the window and he didn?t notice I was there because he was on his phone. My fries and filet o?fish were overcooked andI was forced to get a medium soda because the were out of small cups. They didn?t have decency to charge me for the small that Iwanted so I was forced to pay for a medium and the soda tax. How do you mess up so bad on everything.?! Read more
