I hate the kiosk... Unless you are here regularly, it's confusing. When I finally got it right... It asked me to take a table... tent and take a seat. There were no table tents, so I just gave the a table number that I happen to see was empty. Thankgoodness it was close to the counter, because they prepared it as a take out despite my "stay" entry in the kiosk... They werejust yelling out food orders, what if i wasn't near the counter? Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes only to find out it was closed After 5 minutes of trying to order on the screen..the paper cam... out BLANK!! Then had to stand in line to order. Sit in my vehicle to eat and the bun to my fish sandwich was half hard and halfrubbery ???????? Read more
I waited about 45 min in the drivethru with 2 hugry kids. I ordered two happy meals with a cheeseburger and I got a spicy... chiken burger. You can imagine all the crying in my car ????. No way I could convince them to eat that. I personally don?t mindsometimes when they mix up orders. I can try something else that way. But spicy chicken in a happy meal????? Seriously? This use to be my go to McDonald's, but now their service is unreliable. Sometimes they take order sometimes not, sometimes they... take cards, other times cash only, sometimes are accepting mobile orders sometimes you have to cancel it because they aren'ttaking them. You just never when you pull up to the mic. They are usually out of something. It's ridiculous. The one near on52nd and Jefferson, is slow but definitely feel more confident ordering from them.
