So this is suppose to be a 24-hour location, thus far I've experienced two insistences where the drive thru employee turns a... whole line of customers away during the overnighy shift. 11/10/22 around 3am we were flagged away from the window. My husbandapproached anyway and was told this location is converting to breakfast and won't take orders until 4am. This timetoday, 11/17/22 1:18am "We just not taking orders right now because its only two of us." The staff is lazy af. The girl told us we couldn't order at the counter , I guess cause the lazy worker didn't want to put the... order in just to have another worker put our order in the self service machine just to have her tell us to go to the register topay . Idk what sense that makes. The food was cold, the big mac was probably the worst I've ever had. The bread was half stale. Idk if the experience could be worse honestly. Old miserable lady in a white shirt was very loud and wrong about her not giving me any dipping sauces with my nuggets. Walked... away as I was trying to explain to her she didn?t put any in there. I didn?t want to embarrass her so I kept my cool. Afterrealizing she never put them in my bag, she grabs a handful of sauces and slaps them in the bag without apologizing. If you don?t like working fast food with non stop customers, then quit. If you want rude employees, go to this location! Read more
Worst customer service ever! Yesterday morning, I ordered on the mobile app, and when I walked in there was only 1 other... customer there. ...a few minutes later customers started coming in and placing orders on kiosk. A few minutes after that, theyall started receiving their orders, even though I was there 5 minutes before them. I asked one of the employees if they had mymobile order, because I had been there before all the other people, she kindly explained that she was just handling the walk insand someone else was handling mobile orders, then the person handling mobile orders turned around and gave me the nastiestattitude and screamed at me, saying "I just got here!" ....She didn't just get there. She had been there since I walked in, butI know better than to argue with people who serve me food, so I just kept my mouth shut. However, I'm done with McDonalds. Thiswas the final straw for me. If I could give it zero stars I would. This location is terrible... They open and close at night without notification. The staff... would prefer you use a kiosk instead of paying with your own card/money... The kiosk barely works and requires staff to helpcustomers when they could be taking orders. They're slow, ignorant and don't follow your special order requests... No one greetsand would rather be somewhere else. F this place Read more
This was my first time coming to this McDonald?s and it was really nice. The area was cleaned and it was friendly as well. I... ordered a coffee and that was very good. The food was decent, our fries were somehow cold when we got them, that?s all well and good but the lady at the driver thru... window when I tried to pay with a 100$ bill she got her manager and the manager instead of simple saying that they didn?t havethe Change did not accept 100s opened the window gave it back to me and said ?you can go I don?t accept anything bigger then a50?
