I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes, a steak and egg sandwich( no cheese) large coffee-black with 3 creamer on the side (... since it was not for me) The line was moving really slowly and the girl on the register was not focusing on the customer infront of her- she kept watching everything going on around her. I received coffee with the cream in it, no steaksandwich(instead , when I got home I saw they gave me a sausage and egg biscuit. When she keyed it in, she first keyed in aMcMuffin sand. I caught that error, but didn't realize she mis-keyed it the 2nd time. I spent over $13 for a messed up order.McDonald's isn't cheap (not fast) anymore-they could at least train their cashier's! Never thought I would give a review like this but, the service there was horrible! The cashier that takes your order wanted to... finish quick & wanted to stay on her phone! While giving my order, she kept saying your done even after the first item I wanted!Very disappointed but the others behind the counter seemed like they just didn't have time for anyone! On Friday October 7 2022. I ordered 20 piece nuggets, large fries, Large Coke, then four Mc doubles and four small fries. I did... not receive the three small fries and of course my children were disappointed. Customers service needs to be better. McDonald'sworkers are getting better pay now than ever before so the customer service needs to step it up. Just a suggestion, You mightwant to keep the workers off there cell phones while they're working. Whenever I go to McDonald's in the evening or at nightyou'll always find someone on there cell phone. It was pricey, but the gals who took my order and gave me my order were very respectful and patient. I ordered for my mother.... She wanted a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. I joked that we weren't at BK. The staff said she could get whatever shewanted.???? My mom is 85 years old, and we both appreciated the love and respect from the staff. Great job ladies!???? This ones better than most. The manager actually cares about the customer and don't pay lip service or blow you off. Nice.????
I love the french fries and the McChicken they make! Also the chicken nuggest! The drive thru is fast and the food is always... hot. The employees are always helpful and kind!The McDonald's app is the best! I can get a large fries and more for free using acode one at a time! My favorite fast food restaurant is definitely McDonald's! Read more
Will never go back. Went and order a double quarter pounder and I get a burger full of salt and a weird sauce in the bottom.... Waste of money had to throw it out did not taste right Read more
I only go here for the big Mac and my kids love the nuggets. Other than that I would rather do Chick fil A
