Three cars in front of me in line at drive thru. After twenty minutes, hadn't ordered and left. Line only got shorter when... people gave up on their order. Car in front of me was first in line and I gave up my second spot in line after she hadn'tordered for ten minutes. Avoid if there is even one car in line. The most unprofessional establishment I?ve ever encountered, waited over an hour in the drive thru for my mobile order, which I... already paid for. When I get to the window, all the employees are not taking any order and are just chillin the back. I leftwithout any food and was never even spoken to by any employees despite trying to get there attention. Read more
Order screens doesn't work this location is not clean at all and i don't believe it's safe in wall in section after 10pm i... highly recommend using drive through, food quality and staff is great corporate should take more attention to this location. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. EVERYBODY rude and has an attitude. The nasty touch screens dont print Out slips... and They kept calling out numbers. I asked them what was in the bag, because the kiosks aren?t printing slips and we are juststanding there waiting. The girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and continued to pack whatever box she was packing, I askedagain and she grabs my bag reaches in and pulled my fries out with her bare hands and puts them back in and hands it to me withattitude. This is seriously the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. It doesn't really make sense how long things take (we're talking... 20-30+ min easily at times). But if you do have the time, it is truly good, clean entertainment watching this place "operate."Otherwise, the McDonalds down on S Columbus blvd is honestly your best bet. Read more
The worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. Cold hard nuggets. Dry and hard fish sandwich. It was so old the stale bun was stuck to... the fish patty How do you mess up a large coke? Never ever had a flat from McDonald's, so obviously they gave me one that wassitting there for awhile. Oh I forgot I ordered a small fry and was told I could only order a large so I had to cancel it. Customer service is trash. Not even a good morning. The lady in the shirt that says ?work hard? is barely doing anything.... Ironic. Didn?t even get served, she just stood there and took drive orders. No smiling, no talking, just a cringy monotone,unhappy set of folk. D Read more
