Whoever the owner is needs to train his associates on customer service, sat at curbside for 10 mins waiting on my order nothing,... the lady beside me left cause they told her the machine was down, so I went thru the drive thru, explained to them the situationand the lady was rude and nasty .. only to give me my order . Lied about coming to my car when she could of just been honestcause I was in the drive thru line for 10 mins and nobody came out as I was right at the door they come in and out of? againneed to be retrained on better customer service .. They really need to hire new employees they play to much and they have very poor hygiene no mask barely anybody wearing face... masks and gloves ???? especially during the pandemic they looked sick ???????? they do have a play area for kids to have fun butit really needs a good cleaning the food was ok it should have been better and hotter for the amount I spent in there overallit's ok IT MOST DEFINITELY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT ???? Location was sticky and dirty, cashier was about as friendly as a rock, and the food tasted like it had sat in the warmer too... long. I don't recommend. Read more
One thing I can say, I love frappes and their machine Is running 95 percent of the time. 24th and Oregon should just remov3... frappes and shakes from their menu. I've waited In drive thru line for 35 minutes before, no exagerration, to be told themachine is down. I'll take 2nd and Oregon any day. Read more
9 people behind the counter standing around asking everyone else if they did their job. But nobody is actually working together... to get the smallest tasks done. Burgers cold and ice cream melted while waiting for fries as everyone kept telling the workernext to them to get the fries. And I didn't get a receipt. Go to a different one. Having been to McDonald's in 4 years, The new system is great from the driver thru, but sucks for the walk in customer, I... would've gave yall a 1 star, if it wasn't for the one employee whom, seems to run the whole store, also the janitor was awesome.The fries where LOVE!! and those Chocolate Chip Cookies wow! Overall this location could be a PRIME Location for a Billion idea! Read more
Food is what you expect, service leaves much to be desired.. but honestly some days you can tell they?re trying their best.... Overall if you want McDonalds it?ll do. Just make sure you check you have everything before you drive off. Read more
