Fantastic sandwiches! We got the Testarossa roast pork, and the Waldorf chicken salad, both were absolutely excellent. The spicy... pepper in the testarossa had some serious heat. The fillings were super tasty and fresh; the standout is the bread though.Phenomenal hoagie rolls: just crispy on the outside, pillowy soft inside, sesame crusted. Phenomenal Italian hoagie but entirely too small for what you pay for. Love the seeded roll.
Didn?t get a chance to taste the sandwich I ordered because it was wrong (receipt was correct, order was not?). And I had to ask... for the other item I ordered. Seems like disorganized customer service. Read more
Went here while in Philly for work. Incredible sandwich shop, the food was amazing and reasonably priced.
My co-workers and I visited Matt & Marie's for the first time today. We were excited to try a new spot near our job, but,... unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Instead of being greeted my co-worker was yelled at to go look at the menuoutside the door when she attempted to read the menu that was displayed on the wall. We went to place our order and the peoplebehind the counter were rude and it almost felt rushed. Though the experience was terrible, the food was okay. We will not bereturning. Read more

I?m not from the area and used this spot to cater lunch for almost 20 people for a business meeting. It?s the most delicious... spot for sandwiches in the area so everyone was stoked!
