I ordered online when I arrived at the establishment they did not have what I ordered, they did not return my money either. The... gentleman who is serving customers is a person with black glasses with a dark complexion, he is disrespectful, rude, with hisbad-person look at all times, he did not know how to resolve the situation. The application does not allow the order to becanceled, no has customer service. And to top it off I had to pay for a pizza to be able to take my children to eat. If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband ordered 2 Italian cheesy breads and my daughter bit into it before... we seen all the dough spewing from every which way direction. Immediately called the location and the girl was rude and laughedwhen I expressed my 4 year old ate raw dough she then puts the phone down and walked away for 5 minutes! Store manager was nicefor the most part saying I can bring it back and get a refund and 2 fresh new ones which I wasn?t worried about I just wantedthem to be aware in case it happened again during the rest of the night. I then ask for the first girls name and SM then saysshe will write it on paper and give it to me so I have her name that didn?t make sense bc it was a phone call I just wanted tocall corporate and explain the rudeness and the disgust. 5 minutes after asking for the first girls name she then came back andsaid it was Angie and who ever cooked used pizza dough for it and not bread dough. Bad. Not worth price. Pizza sits in that box too long and goes hard. As pizza is not sitting cold. Its cooking some by hot... air...so grab and go a rip off.
